Delete your PhysioBook account

You can ask us to delete your PhysioBook account and all the data in it at any time. You do not need to have the app installed.
How to ask
- Email support@physiobook.in with the subject "Delete my PhysioBook account" and the mobile number you sign in with.
- We confirm the request with a code sent to that mobile number, so nobody else can delete your account.
- Cancel any paid subscription first in the app (Settings → Plans and billing), so you are not charged again.
What is deleted
- Your account, practice profile and logo.
- All patients, rates, visits, payments, ledger entries, reminder rules and reminder history.
- Your sign-in sessions on every device.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation. Backups that contain the data are overwritten within a further 30 days.
What we keep
Records of payments you made to PhysioBook (invoices and payment references) are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, usually 8 years, and are used for nothing else.
